Calendar Page Details

The following tiles count is updated whenever a task is added,

Planned

Total no of planned tasks.

On-Demand

Total no of on-demand tasks.

Completed

Total number of completed tasks out of the total available tasks.

Estimated Hours

Sum of total estimate hours for all the task

Actual Work Effort

Sum of the total actual efforts hours

Calendar

Task count based on their status are segregated and displayed on this panel. The following are the status which will get displayed,

  • Completed Completed tasks will fall under this one.

  • Pending Both ‘Yet to Start’ and ‘On Hold’ tasks will be taken into consideration.

  • In progress In Progress will fall under this one.

When we hover over the date block of the calendar, an info popover will be displayed. It contains the following details

  • Estimated Hours

  • Actual Hours

  • Clear All Tasks

Estimate Hours

Total estimated hours of all the tasks for that day is displayed.

Actual Hours

Total actual hours of all the tasks for that day count is displayed.

Clear All Tasks

By clicking on the “Clear All Tasks”, a confirmation pop-up will be displayed, proceeding that will clear all tasks for that day.

Overall Stats

It contains the following details, they are;

  • Planned

  • On-Demand

  • Completed

Planned

Total ‘Planned’ work item for a month is displayed as a label

On-Demand

Total ‘On Demand’ work item for a month is displayed as a label

Completed

Total ‘Completed’ work items for a month are displayed out of the total work items
