By clicking on the “Manage Tags” button user will be navigated to the manage task screen. The following details are displayed,
Title
Add Tag
Tag Grid
Close icon
Title will be displayed as a label
The User can enter the tag name in the field to create the tag. After entering the name when you click the “Add Tag” button, a tag will be added to the grid.
Initially no data will be displayed. Once the tags are added, the created tag is displayed in the grid with the following details
Tag Name
Actions – Edit, Delete & Analytics
Created tag name will be displayed as a label.
The user can edit the tag name by using the edit icon on tag action.
The User can delete the tag by using this button.
By clicking on the analytics icon of the tag, the user will be navigated to the Tag Analytic Panel.
The following details are displayed on the filter page,
Date Range Picker
Get Report Button
The user can select the ‘From’ and ‘To’ date to get the tag analytics.
This will generate the tag analytics and show them in the UI.
After selecting the date when you click the “Get Report” button, analytics results will be displayed with the following details,
Total Estimated Hours
Actual Working Hours
Total No of Works
View in Calendar
Sum of the works item’s eta containing the selected tag.
Sum of the works item’s ata containing the selected tag.
Total number of works items containing the selected tag.
Calendar view will be filtered with the task containing selected tags.
When you click the date, the tag containing the work item is highlighted and displayed on the Todo view panel.
By clicking on the Close FAB icon of the tag name, the filter gets cleared and the calendar page will get to normal view.
